In a dead world where a companionship is rare, trust is as dangerous as betrayal.
TRUST
SYNOPSIS

Trust is a psychological thriller centered in a post-apocalyptic world, which follows Marci, a lone survivor as she navigates her mental health, loneliness, and loss, while yearning for connection. When she meets Jordan, who appears to be a trustworthy companion, questions arise: can
Marci trust the world, or can the world trust her?
Beyond a post-apocalyptic backdrop, I created the story to be symbolically layered. It explores our current reality in the age of technology. It confronts extended human isolation, the loss of connection, declining mental health, and the fragile bonds we try to hold onto forcefully in a fractured world.

Director's Words:

"Trust illuminates the dire effects of neglected mental health, the extreme consequences
of isolation, and the universal need for companionship amid chaos.”
